Our scales are covered under a 30 year lifetime limited warranty from the purchasing date. Any of our scales are warranted against defective materials and workmanship. This warranty does not cover batteries. This warranty is void if the product has been damaged due to misuse, unreasonable use, neglect, accident, internal calibration tempering, improper and unauthorized service or other causes not arising out of the defects in material or workmanship.
During the warranty period, if your scale fails to work properly when used under normal conditions, we will repair or at our option, replace it without charges. The user is responsible for the shipping charges to send the defective scale, with a copy of the original purchase receipt and warranty card, back to our customer service center. We will cover the shipping cost to return the repaired or replaced scale. There are no other charges to the consumer for warranty coverage other than the shipping cost to our customer service center.
